Everyone else seems to be. Every launch is a glimpse of what's coming, every demo bigger than the last. The clips go viral, the valuations go up, and your day stays exactly the same.

Making something that actually helps is harder than it looks. It's slow, and it rarely gets noticed. We think it's worth doing anyway.

So before we make anything, we try to ask one plain question: will this make someone's life a little better this year? If we can't say yes, we'd rather not make it.

We'll get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we'll say so. We'll tell you what we made, who it's for, and where it still falls short.

The future gets built one present at a time. We'd like to help with this one.
